STEP 1

Submit your vendor application, choosing the market dates you want to attend.

STEP 2

Your application will be reviewed. If we are a good fit you will receive an approval email and invoice within a few days.

STEP 3

Show up with your tent and tables. Set up your beautiful display and have a great market.

Market Rates

  • Thursdays Season Rate $250

    Apply before May 22 to attend all the Thursday Markets in Brooks. That is a sweet deal, you are saving $150!

  • All-Inclusive Season Rate $350

    Apply before May 22 to attend all the Thursday, Saturday and Special Event markets. That is a savings of $200!

  • Individual Market Rate $25

    Choose any individual Thursday, Saturday, or Special market. Ideally 2 weeks before the date.
    *Special Youth Rate $20 (15-18yrs old)

Alberta Food Safety Basics for Farmers’ Markets

Environmental Public Health developed this course to help vendors operate at an Alberta approved farmers’ market. The goal of the course is to educate food vendors and help stop the spread of foodborne illness. 

Study the course booklet to complete the online quiz, and keep it handy for reference. The quiz has a total of 25 questions. The passing mark is 80%. Upon passing the exam, an Alberta Food Safety Basics for Farmers’ Markets Course Certificate will be immediately awarded, which you can print as a paper copy or as a pdf. The certificate is valid for three years.
